Thursday, August 27th 2009
- Gold course practice rounds
Out of bounds flags will be installed in the morning. - 6pm-8pm registration and check-in at the pavilion by hole 1.
Friday, August 28th 2009
- The baskets will be in the Trace Gold positions until 4pm.
- The basket will be moved to the Ol’ Warrior Run course starting at 4pm!
- 5pm: $5 Random Draw Doubles on the Ol' Warrior Run Course.
- 6pm-9pm: Check in and registration.
Saturday, August 29th 2009
- 7am-9am: Check in and registration.
- 10am: Round 1: Ol' Warrior Run
- Lunch sold on site.
- Round 2: Trace Gold (Round 2 begins an hour after the last card has been turned in.)
- 7:30pm-close: Lazy Magnolia Players Party at the FairPark Grill.
Sunday, August 30th 2009
- Third Round Tee-Times starting at 8am: Trace Gold (The tee times will be posted shortly after the second round on the PDGA site, the pavilion, Park Office and at the players party.)
Holes 1 through 16 will be closed after 8am. Holes 17 and 18 will be available for warm up until the first card reaches hole 16. ) - Thirty minutes after the last card finishes: Awards at the pavilion.
